What’s surprising is how affordable they are — compared to similar BTU units, the Emerson portable ACs are 10-25% cheaper.

It’s not a LCD remote control, but the AC itself shows a readout of your desired temp — simply increase or decrease until you see the temp you want.

FYI — most portable ACs have a remote control, but only allow you to increase/decrease speeds.
Buyers really like the Emerson AC’s user-friendly controls and simple functionality.
It’s very uncomplicated for non-techy folks!
And for those living in humid areas, the built-in dehumidifier will def come in handy!
